I made this quilted jacket using a vintage cotton bedsheet as the outside layer (washed prior to sewing), a middle layer of poly batting, and an inner layer of black cotton. The jacket has two pockets at the front and has metal snap closure.

I would say it fits a small to medium best. For reference, I'm 5'4",  35" bust and 28" waist.

The jacket measures 21" armpit to armpit laying flat. It is 20.5" from shoulder to bottom.
