I found a few meters of this dead stock fabric from a local mom and pop fabric store and fell in love with the colours and how soft it is. Since it’s deadstock they couldn’t tell me the fiber content but I’m pretty sure it’s a very soft polyester fleece. I added black binding that I made from pre-shrunk linen, so this piece will be easy to throw in the machine for washing.
For size reference I’m wearing the S/M and the cut is definitely oversized! The dressform in the second photo has a 41” bust and the S/M fits fine as well. The sleeves are quite roomy so really the S/M could fit someone who usually wears a large, it just depends on how tight/ loose you prefer your clothing.
