Come join me in my studio in Sainte Adele (1 hour from Montreal) for a 5 hour tufting workshop. We can decide the day/hours after checkout but I have a pretty flexible schedule. The studio is located in Usine Rolland- an incredible old paper factory that is being converted to artist spaces. The building borders the Rivière du Nord with its rushing waterfalls and is part of 80 acres of bucolic land with rolling hills and old apple trees. The spot is so beautiful- I'm so excited for you to discover what made me fall in love with it here.
The $400 includes all materials for two people to make two rugs or wall hangings at the same time for a duration of 5 hours. My frames allow for a finished rug or wall hanging of approximately 30" x 30". Please note that if you want to make a rug that goes on the floor we will need to add adhesive and it takes 24 hours to cure. If making a wall hanging no adhesive is needed.
Light snacks are included. You will be the only people taking the workshop so think of it as a very private event!
